What is temperature calibration bath? The temperature calibration bath is uses liquid as the medium for heat conduction or refrigeration. The medium includes water, Grade A silicone oil, anhydrous ethanol and antifreeze. After adding the medium into the calibration bath, start the heating pipe or refrigeration pipe in the bath, when the set temperature or the set temperature change rate is reached, the temperature in the inner working area is kept uniform and stable through the temperature control system and stirring or jetting device. Put all kinds of temperature sensors to be calibrated into the working area, and compare with the value on the calibration slot display screen to verify the calibration. Industry standards stipulate that the uniformity of the temperature field of the calibration bath is less than 0.01 degrees Celsius, and the temperature fluctuation will not exceed 0.01 degrees Celsius.
Temperature Calibration bath structure diagram
The temperature calibration bath can be used to verify and calibrate various glass thermometers, platinum RTDs, thermocouples and other various temperature sensors.
Calibration bath can generally be divided into the following categories:
Intelligent Calibration oil bath
High and temperature calibration bath
Ultra-refrigerated calibration bath
The temperature range of Dearto calibration bath is generally between -80 degrees Celsius and 300 degrees Celsius. In addition, there are ultra-low temperature calibration bath of -180 degrees Celsius and ultra-large diameter calibration bath.
